Md. Ali Ashraf is a pharmacist and sales-marketing expert with a strong background in product management, marketing strategy, and sales training. Known for his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, he has successfully launched innovative products and empowered sales teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
As the founder of Dynamic Bangladesh Training & Research and the ‘Ali Ashraf’ YouTube channel, he helps over 1,000 professionals daily enhance their sales and marketing skills.
Md. Ali Ashraf holds a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from the University of Development Alternative, a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Dhaka International University and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from National University. He has also completed specialized training including TOT, PGD(Marketing) and courses from top local and international institutions.
With extensive experience in Product Management and Sales, he has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies such as OSL Pharma Ltd. (Opsonin Group), Gaco Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi Bangladesh Ltd.
Md. Ali has conducted 150+ training sessions for sales professionals and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the honorable doctors at prestigious institutions including Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital, Chattogram Medical College Hospital, Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital etc. His training focuses on enhancing sales performance, equipping healthcare professionals with up-to-date product knowledge, and fostering collaboration between medical and sales teams.
He is also the creator of the ‘Ali Ashraf’ YouTube channel, offering valuable insights and career development tools for professionals in sales and marketing.
